I spoke with Kelly on the phone after hours regarding my dogs and she quickly acted and had Danielle meet me in the clinic. Danielle explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what she was doing at all times. She was extremely friendly and made both me and my pets feel comfortable.

Huge thank you to everyone at North Hill Veterinary Clinic, especially Craig. I am extremely grateful to have found this Veterinary clinic and I can not thank him enough for his help with one of our steers today.
He arrived promptly and had everything he needed to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment for our beautiful boy. He explained everything I needed to know about our steers condition & treatment.
They are extremely knowledgeable, they don't push products on you or give unnecessary medication. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vet.
They were by far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary clinic.
They care as much about our animals as we do. The team is amazing and we will not go anywhere else.

My 10 year old Lab moved up here yesterday and suffers dreadfully with arthritic pain. Jess, at the front desk, was just wonderful, she got us in at very short notice and the vet, Hannah, was the kindest, most lovely vet to have ever handled my pup. The vets are great Sarah gave me about 2982 pats yesterday and Fiona & Hannah have been treating my ear and I already feel so much better!! And I really like the treats they gave me I hope my mum gets some for me 😋 and Craig is the best orthopaedic vet ever he fixed my knee last year. Highly recommend if you are a Staffy because you will definitely get bonus pats and kisses off my mum Jess!!

I'm so thankful for the North Hill Vet Clinic. My dog had to be rushed in tonight for a c section and they were so kind they even picked her up and dropped her off for me as I'm a single mother of two with no licence. I cannot thank everybody at North Hill Vet Clinic enough – we took our two guardian maremma dogs (Joe and Annie) to get desexed here last Friday - something we were not looking forward to, given they are normally so protective of us and their calves – we had to travel 1.5 hours to get them both there which was no easy feat, however when we arrived at the clinic they made the whole experience so easy and took the stress out of it for us. We were able to drop them off right at the back door and they were even allowed to stay in overnight. They are now recovering really well. Thanks so much everyone!

The vets at North Hill tried very gallantly to save my sister's dog from dog attack injuries and I can't recommend them enough. They are great communicators and very compassionate. It was good to know he had the best care, despite the sad outcome.

We unfortunately have had a lot of our pets need some very immediate help and north hill veterinary clinic have always gone above and beyond. They have kept us in the loop no matter what the time and explain everything in terms we can understand. they even took one of our pets home so they could monitor her over night.
